1. Whose idea was it to start the Chicago High School Classic?
2. Kevin Devitt, he was only 19 years old when he started planning the 2007 Chicago High School Classic.

5. The rosters are decided by Kevin Devitt and Scott Phillips.

7. What is the criterion to be selected?
8. Participants are selected based on their basketball accomplishments, their off court endeavors and their personalities. We are looking for the most complete players; young men which exemplify the student-athlete.

10. How are the teams divided?
11. The North and South teams are based on the participants' high school location. While geographic locations are major factor in the decision making, consideration is also given to present the most competitive game possible.

14. Niles North is a great venue with tremendous high quality facilities and conveniently located for all participants and fans off the Edens Expressway.
